OnchainTA and its affiliates (collectively “Akemona”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operate internationally providing the https://OnchainTA.com website and the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). OnchainTA is committed to ensuring that when we collect and use information about visitors to our websites (as described below) we do so in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices of OnchainTA. This privacy notice applies solely to the information collected by the Service.

OnchainTA will never ask you for your private key or passwords. Securing your private keys and your passwords is your responsibility.

Other than what is necessary to fulfill your request and execute business operations of OnchainTA we will not share your information with any third party outside of our affiliated organizations. Use of your information for business operations of OnchainTA will include but is not limited to login enablement using third parties, such as Akemona, Google, Facebook and Microsoft, banks, escrow agency, regulatory compliance, verification of identity, development and improvement of our products, services content and advertising, loss prevention and anti-fraud purposes.

As part of our compliance with regulatory requirements the information that you provide will be used for validation against anti-money laundering databases.

The transactions that you execute on a blockchain through OnchainTA will be publicly available using your public address. You will need to provide the public address of your digital wallet to us in order for us to offer you, our Service.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about our products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

  1. Your Access to And Control Over Your Personally Identifiable Information

By changing your preferences on the OnchainTA website, you can do the following at any time:

  1. See what data we have about you, if any.
  2. Correct any data we have about you.
  3. We cannot grant your request for deletion of your data since we have to maintain historical transaction records for six years in compliance with SEC regulations.
  4. Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Also, you may opt out of any future contact from us at any time.

  1. Your Requests for Opting Out and Deletion of Your Personal Data

We do not share your personal information with third parties beyond what is necessary for our business operations and other purposes consistent with this privacy policy. We may send you newsletters, information about website upgrades and new products through emails. You can opt out of these communications by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of these communications.

We will not be able to comply with your request for deletion of your personal data due to following restrictions:

  1. personal data of an investor or borrower must be retained for a period of six years per SEC regulations.
  2. data related to an investor or borrower who is participating in an issue of exempt securities must be retained for a period of six years per SEC regulations.

  1. Refusal to Provide Necessary Personal Data

We require your Personal Data:

  1. to provide the products and services contracted by you or your organization.
  2. to further a professional relationship, venture, or other collaboration, or
  3. to comply with applicable law or regulation.

Where you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to provide our products and/or services to you or your organization or to collaborate with you or your organization.

  1. Security Procedures in Place to Protect the Misuse of Your Information

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as date of birth), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and by looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers, in which we store personally- identifiable information, are kept in a secure environment behind a firewall.

These provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These service providers include, but are not limited to the cloud platform that hosts our affiliate Akemona Technology’s technology infrastructure, escrow services agency responsible for holding investors’ payments until conditions specified in the debt agreement for release of funds are met and call center/helpdesk services, which support users of OnchainTA platform. In addition, OnchainTA uses blockchain, which allows querying of digital wallet balances and tracking of transactions using public key.

  5. Professional Advisors: We may share your Personal Data with our auditors, lawyers, or other professional advisors so they can support our business. Like the other service providers, these professional advisors are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Data confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

We have reasonable and appropriate security measures (including technical and organizational measures) in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of any Personal Information we receive about you. However, there is no guarantee, and we cannot guarantee, that information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.   6. The right to withdraw consent.You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where OnchainTA relied on your consent to process your personal information. However, with such a request OnchainTA will not be able to process your transactions.

We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service. Such service providers will have access to anonymized service usage data, including but not limited to, location, device, browser, operating system, language, and time of visits.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Google Analytics engine will drop a cookie in the user’s browser and use it to track every interaction that the user performs on the OnchainTA website. Google Analytics collects detailed interaction information, including but not limited to, the language of the user’s browser, name, and URL of the page the user is viewing, user’s device and screen resolution, operating system, IP address, Internet service provider, country and city.

  1. Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information. Our Service will identify the payment processors that we use.

We will collect payments using USDC. Prior to receiving a payment from you we will validate the public address of your digital wallet and store the public address in our database. OnchainTA will not share your digital wallet ownership information with affiliates and business partners beyond what is necessary to execute payment transactions.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (individually and “Child” and collectively "Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
